Our story

Who we are

Bodman Financial & Consulting Services is a Nigerian corporate finance firm with reach beyond our borders. Since we opened our doors in 2010, we've grown from a small practice into a group of specialist companies covering accounting, audit, tax, financial advisory and practical training.

Founded in Lagos

Bodman opened its doors as a small accounting practice, built on one idea: give every client the same standard of care, whether they're a startup, a nonprofit, or an established enterprise.

Mr Oshunlana Olubodun

AAT, HND, FCA, FCTI — Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria

Mr Olubodun leads the Bodman group with close to three decades of experience across accounting, taxation, auditing, micro-finance banking and insurance. He has headed finance departments for organisations including Trans-Nationwide Express Plc, served as Acting Managing Director of a Central Bank of Nigeria–licensed micro-finance bank, and worked with PwC advising several of Nigeria's electricity distribution companies. He is also a hands-on trainer — the same practical approach he built the Bodman School of Practical Accountancy Training on.
